Mrs. Thompson - Second Grade
WELCOME:
Hello. I am Mrs. Thompson. I am one of five second grade teachers at Freiheit Elementary School. Go Eagles! Second grade is such a FUN year, full of growth. We work really hard, but we also have a lot of fun and make so many special memories. I can’t wait to see how much everyone learns and grows this year!
EXPERIENCE:
This is my second year at Freiheit Elementary School. I have been teaching full time for over 12 years now. This is my fourth year teaching 2nd grade. Prior to teaching second grade, I taught 4th grade for 4 years, then 3rd grade for 5 years. And before teaching full time, I was a substitute teacher for 5 years, so I have been working in education for quite a bit. Education is where my heart is.
